Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (OG-I / AVP)
Reporting to: Unit Head – Talent Acquisition
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
- Candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR and / or Public Administration and / or HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM / CHRP preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Human Resources with at least two years in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in similar roles in the financial sector preferred
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR Information System
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist Unit Head – Talent Acquisition in developing efficient supply of required human resources via external talent mapping
- Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure implementation of best practices
- Screen profiles, maintain MIS, and facilitate stakeholders regarding Internal Transfers/Postings
- Liaise with universities for sourcing candidates and maintain relationships with placement offices
HR Business Partner (OG-I / AVP)
Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
- Candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR and / or Public Administration and / or HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM CHRP preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to at least two functions of HR or as an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist
- Experience in similar roles in the financial sector preferred
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Demonstrated success in all Human Resource and functional areas
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a good understanding of business and financial acumen
- Leadership skills / coaching and mentoring
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Engage in various Human Resource services across functions, supporting businesses in all HR initiatives
- Plan and align HR initiatives with organizational objectives
- Communicate and manage special projects, provide input on workforce planning, and maintain awareness of business units’ culture and competition
Assessment Test / Interview(s): Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for test and / or panel interview(s).
Employment Type: The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the Management.
