Position 1: Senior Systems Administrator – AIX/Linux (North) (OG-I/AVP)
Reporting to: Unit Head-Systems Administration (AIX/Linux)
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute.
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or relevant certifications.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in IT Systems Administration, with at least 2 years in AIX and/or Linux systems, preferably in banking.
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Expertise in AIX and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to design system architecture, recovery systems, security setups, performance optimization, auditing, patching, and proactive monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), and shell/bash scripting.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain AIX & Linux servers, including production, development, and testing environments.
- Install, configure, and optimize operating systems and related software.
- Ensure stability, security, and performance of AIX & Linux servers.
- Manage upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and patching activities.
- Troubleshoot critical issues, provide system recovery support, execute backup and recovery operations, automate technical tasks, manage support, SLA monitoring, and renewals.
- Conduct research for operational improvements and provide 24/7 system administration support.
- Perform hardware and software audits ensuring compliance.

Position 2: MIS Support Analyst (OG-II/OG-I)
Reporting to: Unit Head-Data Extraction & Coordination
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute.
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or relevant certifications.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in IT, with at least 1 year in IT application support/operations, or development and execution of database queries/procedures, preferably in banking.
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Proficiency in developing complex queries and stored procedures, job scheduling, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Expertise in technical and operational support to business end-users, understanding SQL scripts, and providing user coordination.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implement business rules in database queries and configure interfaces between the MIS database and other applications.
- Provide guidelines and training to regional IT officials and branch personnel.
- Coordinate with other departments for operational activities and application implementations.
- Assist in data downloads for the MIS database, generate daily/weekly reports, and prepare ad-hoc reports.

Position 3: ID Management Officer – CBA (OG-II/OG-I)
Reporting to: Unit Head-ID Management – CBA
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute.
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in IT, with at least 1 year in Application ID Management or User Management of Core Banking Applications/Systems, preferably in banking.
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of user roles and ID relationships, particularly in branch and back-office access rights.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and disable user IDs as per IT Security policies, ensuring compliance with new security policies.
- Coordinate with users for access management support and maintain records of all requests and tasks.
- Provide training on user management of different applications and prepare various types of MIS reports.
- Perform any other assignments as directed by supervisors.

Position 4: ID Management Officer – Allied Applications (OG-II/OG-I)
Reporting to: Unit Head-ID Management – Allied Applications
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute.
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in IT, with at least 1 year in Application ID Management or User Management of applications, preferably in banking.
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

Position 5: IT Computer Operations Analyst (OG-II/OG-I)
Reporting to: Unit Head-Computer Operations
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute.
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in IT, with at least 1 year in providing Applications Support, preferably in banking.
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Expertise in operational and technical support of IT Applications to business end-users.
- Knowledge of Core Banking System’s End of Day operations processes.
- Basic expertise in AIX/LINUX OS, data backup/restoration, network basics, IP addresses, VPN, and VM.
- Familiarity with front-end & back-end applications and client/server architecture.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and support End of Day (EOD) activities for Core Banking Applications and Allied Applications.
- Extract and prepare data for various applications, generate General Ledger entries, manage backups, and perform archiving processes.

Position 6: Project Coordinator – International IT Projects (OG-II/OG-I)
Reporting to: Wing Head-International Project Management (PM)
Educational/Professional Qualification:

- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in project coordination or management within IT, specifically handling international projects.
