Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Candidates aspiring to these esteemed positions must meet the following criteria:

  • Foreign or Local LLB, Barrister-at-Law, or Solicitor with at least five (05) years of legal experience in Pakistan or abroad in the public or private sector.

Professional Credentials

  1. Experience: Candidates should possess experience in drafting or reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and other Legal Documents.
  2. Expertise: Preferably, candidates should have an understanding of International Law and skills in rendering legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters. Experience in legislative drafting is highly desirable.

  • Only candidates shortlisted by the Scrutiny Committee will be called for an interview by the Selection Committee.
