Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Candidates aspiring to these esteemed positions must meet the following criteria:

Foreign or Local LLB, Barrister-at-Law, or Solicitor with at least five (05) years of legal experience in Pakistan or abroad in the public or private sector.

Professional Credentials

Experience: Candidates should possess experience in drafting or reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and other Legal Documents.
Expertise: Preferably, candidates should have an understanding of International Law and skills in rendering legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters. Experience in legislative drafting is highly desirable.

Along with the application, candidates must provide a detailed CV, copies of CNIC, educational certificates, and a recent passport-size photograph.

Furthermore, candidates currently employed in Government Departments or Autonomous or Semi-autonomous bodies must obtain a NOC from their present employer at the time of applying.

Important Information

The Ministry of Law and Justice reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process or adjust the number of posts as deemed necessary.
Incomplete applications and those received after the deadline will not be entertained.
Only candidates shortlisted by the Scrutiny Committee will be called for an interview by the Selection Committee.
Selected candidates who are currently employed in Government Departments or Autonomous or Semi-autonomous bodies will be required to seek retirement or resignation before joining the post.
