Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities
Front & Back Office Transactions
- Manage and handle all front & back-office transactions efficiently.
- Process and manage remittance-related activities.
Customer Account Management
- Open and maintain customer accounts.
- Monitor inoperative and dormant accounts, serving notices to unclaimed account holders when required.
Transaction Processing
- Process online transactions and remittances.
- Issue financial instruments and manage term deposits (issuance, payments, balancing of TDR).
Clearing and Settlements
- Process the collection of inward and outward clearing in line with internal SOPs and Prudential Regulations.
- Handle ATM claim settlements and maintain lockers.
Financial Services
- Assist Operations Manager to promote or sell products or services such as Travelers Cheques, Saving Bonds, Money Orders, and Cashier Cheques.
Daily Operations
- Scrutinize all transaction vouchers daily and ensure hard copies are filed properly.
- Issue receipts against transfer of payments to customers.
- Perform daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating, and posting accounts receivable data.
- Reconcile payments with general ledger account.
Reporting
- Generate various month-end reports.
- Ensure operational and front office activities are carried out appropriately.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by the Supervisor(s).
