General Instructions

1. Age Relaxation: Up to 15 years of relaxation in the upper age limit is provided as per the Sindh Government’s notification No. SOII (SG&ACD) 5-64/2011 dated 27-07-2020.
2. Selection Process: Candidates may undergo interviews, skill tests, and psychometric tests where applicable. Test venues and dates will be communicated later through SMS or the SSU website.
3. Document Verification: If any candidate is disqualified during the verification of documents and character antecedents, their registration will be canceled even if they qualify in all tests.
4. Government Employees: Candidates already in government service should apply through the proper channel.
5. No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for tests or interviews.
6. Required Documents: Applications must be accompanied by all relevant documents.
7. Declaration: All candidates must sign a declaration stating that the information provided is correct
8.  A 40% quota for urban areas and a 60% quota for rural areas will be followed.
9. Additional Marks: An additional 15 marks will be awarded to candidates who are the children of retired or serving employees of the Sindh Police with 25 years of qualifying service, after they qualify in all tests.
10. Affidavit: All candidates must submit an affidavit stating they are not involved or nominated in any FIR. Submission of a false affidavit will lead to disqualification and legal action.

1. Online Application: Candidates can apply online through the SSU web portal or manually through the prescribed application form. Both online and manual instructions and forms can be obtained from the SSU Website.
2. Submission of Application: Candidates can submit their application online through the web portal or manually send their application form along with a copy of CNIC to the Commandant, Special Security Unit (SSU), Police Headquarters, Hassan Square, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block-15, Karachi, by registered post/Pakistan Post/TCS/UMS before the last date.
