Career Opportunities at Project Management Unit (PMU) of APNI CHHAT APNA GHAR (ACAG) – PHATA
The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), under the Government of Punjab, invites applications from qualified individuals domiciled in Punjab for various contract-based positions at the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the APNI CHHAT APNA GHAR (ACAG) program. This flagship initiative aims to provide 100,000 housing units to low-income individuals across Punjab over the next four and a half years. Below are the available positions, qualifications, and application details.
Available Positions & Salary Details:
- Program Director (PPS-11)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Salary: PKR 700,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning from an HEC-recognized university.
- Master’s degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering, Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 18 years in relevant fields such as urban development, planning, or housing.
- Experience leading housing development programs is preferred.
- Estate Manager & Coordinator (PPS-10)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Salary: PKR 550,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in real estate, property management, or a related field.
- Experience in market analysis, property valuation, and client advisory.
- Manager Urban Developer (PPS-10)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Salary: PKR 550,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Development, or related field (preferably from a foreign university).
- Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in urban development and planning.
- Experience in green and sustainable urban planning is preferred.
Manager Planning & Implementation (PPS-10)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Salary: PKR 550,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil Engineering and Master’s in Urban Infrastructure Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in managing housing and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Manager Procurement & Contracts Management (PPS-10)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Salary: PKR 550,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Master’s in Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in procurement or contract management, with experience in FIDIC contracts preferred.
- Financial Specialist (PPS-8)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Salary: PKR 350,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in financial management or accounting.
Specialist Legal (PPS-8)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Salary: PKR 350,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Master’s in Law.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in formulating legal frameworks, preferably in urban development or housing.
- Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-8)

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Management, Statistics, or Public Administration.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in government projects.
- Assistant Manager Planning & Design (Environmental) (PPS-8)

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Sciences.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in environmental management or social safeguards.
- Quantity Surveyor / Draftsman (PPS-7)

- Qualifications:
- Three years Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship.
- Experience:
- 15 years in estimation, costing, and rate analysis.

- Qualifications:
- Minimum matriculation and Diploma in AutoCAD.

- FA with Diploma in MS Office.

Computer Operator (PPS-3)

- Qualifications:
- Minimum matriculation.
- Experience:

- Dak Runner, Office Boy, Driver (PPS-2)
- Number of Posts: 7 (Various)
- Salary: PKR 50,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Minimum matriculation.
- Experience:
- 5 years for the driver with an LTV license.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Contract Basis: The above positions are contract-based for the ACAG program.
- Age Relaxation: As per the policy of the Government of Punjab.
- Eligibility: Only candidates domiciled in Punjab are eligible.
- Non-Transferable: These positions are specific to the project and are non-transferable.
- No TA/DA: No travel allowance for interviews.
- Government Employees: Candidates from government or semi-government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
