1. Product Manager – Secured Running Finance (SRF) – Liquid Security (AVP/VP)
Reporting to: Divisional Head – Consumer Finance
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates with a Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant field are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in Consumer Financing, SME Financing, or Commercial Financing.
- Preference for candidates with similar role experience in large organizations/banks.
Skills/Expertise:
- Understanding of Secured Running Finance product and consumer-related SBP PRs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML guidelines, report writing, and MS Office proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Secured Running Finance (SRF) – Liquid Security product.
- Update product policies and propose enhancements.
- Review and improve the loan application system.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Engage with recovery teams for overdue/defaulted loans.
- Coordinate on Non-Performing Loan (NPL) targets.
- Assist in training sessions about product launch/enhancements.
- Develop themes for media campaigns with the Strategic Marketing Division.
2. Product Manager – Advance Salary (Personal Loans) (OG – I/AVP)
Reporting to: Wing Head – Advance Salary
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates with a Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant field are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in Consumer Financing, Personal Loans, or Product Management.
- Preference for candidates with experience in product development or financing advance against salary (Personal Loan).
Skills/Expertise:
- Knowledge of personal loan policies and consumer banking.
- Strong understanding of SBP Prudential Regulations and KYC/AML guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Responsibilities:
- Promote growth in the Advance Salary Loan category.
- Review and develop the loan application system.
- Conduct inspections of operational issues related to Advance Salary Loan.
- Maintain the portfolio of personal loans and manage NPLs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Maintain MIS of the portfolio for reporting and monitoring.
- Assist in developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to products.
- Review and develop product programs/papers.
- Support in providing training related to personal loan products to field staff.
