Key Responsibilities of a UBL Relationship Executive
1. Client Acquisition and New Business Development
Actively grow the NTB (New-To-Bank) customer base by converting leads through liability products, such as current, savings, and term deposit accounts.
Convert branch footfall (walk-in customers), market visits, and feet-on-street activities into new business relationships.
Perform daily follow-ups with potential clients and maintain high conversion rates.
2. Sales and Portfolio Management
Handle portfolio growth through continuous monitoring and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

5. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
Ensure full compliance with SBP regulations, audit standards, and UBL’s internal policies.

Candidate Requirements
Education:
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / A-Levels
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Marketing
Experience:
