SZABIST University is inviting applications for various faculty and staff positions across its Karachi and Gharo campuses. Karachi Campus – Faculty & Staff Positions

Faculty Positions

1. Dean of Law (Recognized Teaching Centre – University of London):
   • Qualification: Ph.D. in Law with 8 years of teaching/practice experience in High Court, or Master’s in Law with 15 years of teaching/practice experience in High Court. Retired judges (Supreme Court/High Court/District & Sessions) with 5 years of judicial service are also eligible.
2. Faculty of Law:
   • Qualification: UK LLB and LLM with 2 years of teaching experience in the University of London International Programs LLB (Hons).
3. Media Sciences:
   • Assistant Professor: Master’s degree in Advertising Strategy, Design (Game Design), or Filmmaking (specializations in Animation, Cinematography, Sound, etc.).
   • Lecturer: Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences with specializations in Design or Filmmaking.
4. Biosciences:
   • Associate Professor: Ph.D. in Food Science or relevant Biological Sciences.
   • Lecturer: MS/M.Phil. in Food Science or related fields.
5. Education:
   • Associate Professor: Ph.D. in Education.
   • Lecturer: M.Phil./MS in Education, with B.Ed. and M.Ed./B.Ed.(Hons.).
6. Management Sciences:
   • Professor/Associate/Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in Management Science disciplines.
   • Lecturer: MS (18 years of education) with specializations in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Business Analytics, etc.
7. Public Health:
   • Associate Professor: Ph.D. with a focus on Health Systems, Policy, Epidemiology, etc.
   • Lecturer: MSPH or MSc in relevant Public Health specializations.

Staff Positions

1. Assistant – Psychology Lab:
   • Qualification: Intermediate with familiarity in Psychological Assessment Tools.
2. Senior Manager – Graduate Studies:
   • Qualification: Ph.D. in Social/Management/Computer Sciences with 5 years of research experience.
3. Assistant Manager – IR/QEC:
   • Qualification: MS (18 years of education) in Data Science or Statistics with 5 years of relevant experience and skills in Power BI, Data Wrangling, and Statistical Analysis.

Gharo Campus – Faculty & Staff Positions

Faculty Positions

1. Management Sciences:
   • Professor/Associate/Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in Management Science.
   • Lecturer: MS (18 years of education).
2. Computer Science:
   • Professor/Associate/Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in Computer Science.
   • Lecturer: MS (18 years of education).

Staff Positions

1. Network Administrator:
   • Qualification: MS in Computer Science/IT with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
2. Assistant Manager HR/Admin:
   • Qualification: MS-HR with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
3. Assistant Manager Academic & Admission:
   • Qualification: MS degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
4. ERFA Officer:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (4 years) with 2-3 years of experience.
5. IT Officer:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s in IT with 2-3 years of experience.
6. CCTV Operator:
   • Qualification: Intermediate or A-Level; Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-3 years of experience.
