Available Vacancies at SIEHS 2026

The SIEHS is currently seeking applications for the following two key leadership positions:

1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO will drive the financial strategy of SIEHS, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

  • Key Responsibilities: Developing financial strategies, overseeing budgeting and accounting, managing SECP compliance, and conducting financial data analysis.

  • Qualifications: Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or hold a Master’s degree in Finance/Business with 10 years of senior-level experience in the public or development sector.

  • Expertise: Knowledge of IAS, IFRS standards, and SECP regulations for public sector companies is required.

2. Company Secretary (CS)

The Company Secretary will serve as a legal and compliance guide, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

  • Key Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with the Companies Ordinance 1984 and Companies Act 2017, maintaining corporate governance records, and liaising with regulators and the SECP.

  • Qualifications: Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries, or hold a Master’s in Business/Commerce or a Law degree with 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Attributes: Strong expertise in corporate laws and public sector compliance is essential.


Eligibility Criteria & General Information
