Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad Jobs 2026: Content Developer (MP-II)

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in Islamabad has announced a high-level vacancy for the position of Content Developer (MP-II) on a contract basis. This role falls under the Management Position (MP) Scales Policy and is open to highly qualified professionals in the fields of diplomacy and media.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

The following qualifications and experience are mandatory for applicants:

Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Public Diplomacy, Media Management, Communication, Journalism, or a related subject with 05 years of professional experience.
- OR a Master’s degree in the same fields with 07 years of professional experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years (calculated as of the closing date of application submission).
Tenure: Initially for three (03) years, extendable for a maximum of two (02) additional years on an annual basis based on performance.

Salary and Pay Package (MP Scale-II)

The position offers a competitive remuneration package as per the MP Scales Policy 2020:

Basic Pay: Rs. 263,180/-
Annual Increment: Rs. 39,480/-
House Rent: Rs. 95,700/-
Utilities Charges: Rs. 11,970/-
