Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university or institute.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in human resources within a reputable organization or institute.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related documents.
- Manage the Leave Management System at the Head Office level and ensure employee registrations on the EOBI portal.
- Support the payroll process by verifying attendance and assisting with payroll-related changes.
- Address attendance issues at district/regional levels and manage final settlements for exiting employees.

- Strong ethical conduct and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
