   • Minimum Experience: 15 years in sales and marketing, with 10 years managing a life insurance sales team.

   • Maximum Age: 50
   • Minimum Qualification: 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
   • Minimum Experience: 10 years in life insurance/family takaful operations.
5. Head of Underwriting
   • Number of Posts: 1
   • Location: Islamabad
   • Maximum Age: 55
   • Minimum Experience: 10 years in a similar position in a medium/large insurance company.

6. Head of Human Resources (HR)

   • Number of Posts: 1
   • Location: Islamabad
   • Maximum Age: 50
   • Minimum Experience: 15 years, with 5 years in a similar position in a medium to large insurance or financial institution.

7. Executive Secretary

   • Number of Posts: 1
   • Location: Islamabad

   • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Minimum 2nd Division).
   • Minimum Experience: 3 years as a private/personal secretary to senior management.
