SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates having Pakistani Nationality as indicated against each vacancy for appointment against the following vacant posts on a regular basis:-

1. Stenotypist (BS-14)

• No. of Posts: 04
• Age Limit: 18-25 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Intermediate
  • Minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m in shorthand/typing respectively.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Matriculation with elective Mathematics/Statistics or Economics.

2. Junior Statistical Clerk (BS-07)

• No. of Posts: 03
• Age Limit: 18-25 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Punjab (Women Quota)=02
  • KPK Merit =01

3. Naib Qasid (BS-01)

• No. of Posts: 04
• Age Limit: 18-25 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • To be filled on a local basis (Islamabad domicile)
  • Primary Pass

4. Farash (BS-01)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 18-25 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • To be filled on a local basis (Islamabad domicile)
  • Primary Pass

5. Sanitary Worker (BS-01)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 18-25 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • To be filled on a local basis (Islamabad domicile)
  • Primary Pass

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All the Candidates applying for the above-mentioned post(s) shall be entitled to an upper age relaxation of five (05) years in the maximum age limit given above any or other relaxation in age limit, if admissible under the rules.
2. Provincial/regional quota will be observed as per rules.
3. No TA/DA shall be admissible for Test/Interview.
4. Only shortlisted candidates, fulfilling the prescribed requirements, will be called for test/interview.
5. The candidates must clearly mention their emails, as call letters will be issued through emails.
6. Following age relaxation is available, subject to the provision of documentary evidence, to the category of candidate specified below:-
   • Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, and Recognized Tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Northern Areas for all posts under the Federal Government.
   • Candidates belong to Sindh (R) and Balochistan for posts in BPS-15 and below Under the Federal Government.
   • Released or Retired Officers/personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan for the number of years actually served in the Armed Force of Pakistan.
   • Government servants who have completed 2 years continuous Government service on the closing date for receipt of applications.
   • Disabled persons for appointment to posts in BPS-15 and below.
7. If a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category specified above, he/she shall be allowed relaxation in age only in one category.
