Position 01: Wing Head – Agriculture Finance (AVP / VP)
Reporting to: Divisional Head – Consumer Finance
- Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having MBA/Master’s degree in Finance and/or Agriculture from HEC recognized university/institution would be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 08 years of experience in bank(s) and/or financial sector, out of which 03 years of experience in the area of Agriculture Finance.
- Candidates having Product Development experience in large-scale organization(s)/bank(s), would be preferred.
- Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Well versed with agriculture finance policies.
- Strong knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop policies and update product program of agriculture finance.
- Provide necessary support, product training, guidance/clarity on product and policy-related matters to the field offices.
- Allocate and facilitate field functionaries in achieving the budgeted targets against agriculture finance.
- Prepare budget, develop and suggest strategies and action plans to increase product reach and profitability thereof.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure delivery of product position, effective distribution, and communication.

Position 02: Regional Sales Manager – Northern Punjab (AVP/VP)
Reporting to: Group Head/National Sales Manager – Retail Sales
- Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree from HEC recognized university/institution will be preferred.
- Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Strong Sales Management skills.
- Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets, sound negotiation, and selling skills.
- Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales objectives by managing sales teams, ensuring sales targets are achieved each month/quarter.
- Provide periodic updates on region-wise portfolio positioning, performance attribution, and track profitability.
- Review and prepare action plans, implement product quality, and customer-services standards.
- Develop branch-specific sales action plans, conduct special campaigns to drive sales/create leads.
- Monitor competitor’s products, sales, and marketing activities in assigned regions.
- Expand and sustain customer base, build and maintain rapport with key customers, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Propose and supervise scheduled regional sales activities, effective deployment of the same.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the establishment of one-bank culture.
- Assist National Sales Manager in assigned tasks by the Management.
