TransKarachi is currently hiring for the following key positions:
1. Manager Implementation
Number of Positions: 1 Location: Karachi
Role & Responsibilities
The Manager Implementation will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Karachi Red Line BRT implementation. The role includes:
Planning and coordinating construction processes
Monitoring contractors’ performance
Ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Managing performance indicators of project progress
Overseeing leadership roles in GM Planning & Infrastructure (Providing Site Leadership Role)
The selected candidate will ensure the project is completed within defined timeframe, cost, quality, and funding parameters.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an HEC-recognized university
A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field will be preferred
Foreign qualifications from reputable institutions are acceptable, especially with expertise in contract management and FIDIC
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
At least 8 years in public or private sector infrastructure projects
Experience in donor-funded, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects
Strong project management exposure will be considered a significant advantage
2. Budget & Accounts Officer
Number of Positions: 1 Location: Karachi
Role & Responsibilities
The Budget & Accounts Officer will manage financial planning and accounting functions of TransKarachi. Responsibilities include:
Budget preparation and financial reporting
Ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial records
Compliance with applicable financial laws, rules, and regulations
Supporting senior management in financial decision-making
Qualification Requirements
CA (Finalist), CMA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance) from a well-reputed university
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
Experience with Public Sector Companies, audit firms, or donor-funded projects will be an added advantage
3. Admin Assistant
Number of Positions: 1 Location: Karachi
Role & Responsibilities
The Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and office support, including:
General office administration
Coordination and record management
Assisting management with daily operational tasks
Supporting a fast-paced professional environment
Qualification & Experience
At least a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institute
1 year of relevant work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
