Below are the details of the available positions:
1. General Manager, Infrastructure & Planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of construction activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Supervise contractor performance and infrastructure planning.
- Monitor the condition of built infrastructure and manage long-term maintenance.
- Embed international best practices in design, delivery, and safety.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
- FIDIC contract administration training preferred.
Experience:
- 15+ years of professional experience, including 5 years in a senior management role.
- At least 5 years managing large urban infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with international financing institutions is advantageous.
2. Contracts Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor performance-based contracts.
- Support internal teams in vendor engagement and ensure legal compliance.
- Assist in developing new vendor contracts.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Economics, Finance, Law, or related fields.
- Training in procurement, contract administration, or FIDIC.
Experience:
- 7+ years in infrastructure projects, with 3+ years in ADB or MDB contract systems.
3. Legal Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for commercial, corporate, and project-related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and mitigate legal risks.
Qualifications:
- LLM in Corporate or Commercial Law from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
