Contract Management Specialist

• About the Role: Responsible for administering and managing performance-based contracts of service providers and vendors engaged by TransKarachi. Will monitor and administer commercial and service contracts, assist in developing new vendor relationships/contracts, and ensure alignment with legal processes.
• Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in civil engineering, economics, finance, management, law, contracts, or related discipline. At least 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects, with demonstrated experience on ADB or other MDB procurement and contract administration system.

• About the Role: Responsible for controlling and managing finances, supporting strategic planning and decision making under the leadership of CFO, and ensuring financial affairs are conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Qualification & Experience: CA/CMA/ACCA/FCA/FCMA/ACA/ACMA with at least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial position.

Assistant Manager Buildings Engineer

• About the Role: Ensures completion of building infrastructure within project budget and estimates. Responsible for design, construction supervision, and cost estimation.
• Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated experience in building infrastructure projects.
