Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj 2026: Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA) Invites Applications for Hajj 2026 Duty
The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (MORA), is commencing the selection process for Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj / Nazmeen (Hajj Facilitators) for the Hajj 2026 season. Applications are invited from eligible employees (BPS-11 to BPS-18) of all Federal and Provincial Governments, including Armed Forces and Kashmir, to serve the pilgrims during Hajj 2026.
The selection process, including the mandatory test, will be conducted by the National Testing Service (NTS).
Available Positions and Regional Quota for Hajj 2026
The selection process is divided into two categories: Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj and Field Supporting Staff/Assistants. Quotas are allocated on a regional and organizational basis.
1. Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj (BPS-11 to BPS-18) – Total 100 Seats

Eligibility Criteria & Conditions
General Eligibility (Khuddam & Staff)
Grade: Employees from BPS-11 to BPS-18 are eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Minimum age of 25 years and maximum age of 45 years on the last date of application submission.
Medical/Physical Fitness: Candidates must be medically and physically fit to perform demanding duties in the harsh conditions of Saudi Arabia during Hajj.
Experience Requirements
Supervisory Positions (Substantive): 70% of the seats will be filled by employees who have served at least 2 years on a substantive basis in BPS-11 to BPS-18.
Field Supporting Staff: 30% of the seats will be filled by employees who have served in offices dealing with Passport/Visa, NADRA, Foreign Exchange, Accounts, and Customs, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in BPS-11 to BPS-16.
Mandatory Test Requirement
NTS Test: All applicants must appear and pass the NTS test by securing a minimum of 40% marks to be considered eligible for the subsequent selection stages. The syllabus and test pattern will be available on the NTS website.

Application Procedure and Important Dates
How to Apply
NTS Online Application: Applicants must apply online on the National Testing Service (NTS) website: www.nts.org.pk.
Download Application: Download the filled application form, along with the prescribed fee deposit slip/challan, from the NTS website.
Deposit Fee: Deposit the test fee at any designated bank branch.
Submission: The complete application form, along with the paid challan and required documents, must be sent via courier/registered post to the NTS Headquarters.

Last Date for Submission of Applications (NTS): October 30, 2025.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on the NTS Test results, marks obtained in the interview, and Medical fitness.
The final selection list will be recommended to MORA by the selection committee.
Selected individuals will be subject to all rules and regulations of the Ministry and the Government of Pakistan.
