- A Master’s degree in Project Management from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in research and evaluation in the public or private sector.
- Age: 30-40 years.
Deputy Director – Monitoring & Evaluation
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field from a university recognized by HEC.
- At least seven years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Age: 30-40 years.
Engineering and Technical Positions
Assistant Controller – Engineering
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Sc Engineering (2nd division) in Civil, Electrical, or City & Regional Planning from an HEC-recognized university.
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council or the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners.
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
- Age: 35-50 years.
Computer/Web Developer
Qualifications and Experience:
- MCS, MS (IT), BCS (4 years), or BS (Software Engineering) (2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Proficiency in software, web development, app development, and designing.
- Three years of relevant experience.
- Age: 24-32 years.
Legal and Administrative Positions
Legal Advisor
Qualifications and Experience:
