Key Responsibilities
As a Pharma Associate, your role will focus on fostering relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales within your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Effective Product Detailing: Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to provide in-depth product information and benefits, ensuring that they understand how these products can contribute to patient health and well-being.
- Sales Targets: Achieve set sales targets within your designated area, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
- Marketing Strategy Implementation: Work on implementing marketing strategies that drive a strong return on investment (ROI) for the company.
- Build Strong Relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): Develop positive and lasting relationships with influential healthcare professionals who can advocate for the company’s products.
- Stay Updated on Knowledge and Skills: Continuously improve your understanding of product knowledge, disease information, and selling skills.
- Customer Identification and Development: Identify new customers, grow relationships, and build a loyal client base.
- Event Planning and Organization: Plan and organize seminars, symposia, and round-table meetings to promote products and provide value-added education to healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates, including women, with a pre-medical background or a Pharm D degree are highly encouraged to apply.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
Required Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in both Urdu and English is essential to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and convey product benefits convincingly.
- Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills: The ability to build trust, maintain relationships, and engage with healthcare professionals is crucial.
- Self-Motivation and Teamwork: A proactive approach, strong drive, and the ability to work well within a team setting are highly valued.
- Leadership in KOL Development: Ability to engage and develop opinion leaders as advocates for the company’s products.
- Event Management Skills: Planning and executing events, seminars, and meetings to showcase products and engage HCPs.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel extensively within the assigned territory is essential for building and maintaining professional relationships.
