The initial contract period is one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance under mutually agreed terms and conditions.

Available Positions at Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB&GIF)

1. Project Director/Coordinator (PPS-9) – On Contract Basis

Number of Positions: 1
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preference for Civil Engineering).
- 12 years of experience in planning and development.
- Master’s degree in Project Management or MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of Public Private Partnership modes.
- Proficiency in computer and excellent interpersonal skills.
Age Limit: 52 years
Quota: Merit
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Pay Package: Minimum of Project Pay Scale-9 on a lump sum pay package with an increment of 5% of the minimum of PPS-2022.

2. Assistant (PPS-5) – On Contract Basis

Number of Positions: 1
Qualification:
- Second class Graduate in Business or Commerce (at least 2nd division).
- Necessary computer skills in MS Office.
Age Limit: 18-30 years
Quota: Punjab
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Pay Package: Minimum of Project Pay Scale-5 on a lump sum pay package with an increment of 5% of the minimum of PPS-2022.

3. Driver (PPS-2) – On Contract Basis

Number of Positions: 1
Qualification:
- Matriculation with a valid LTV driving license.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
Age Limit: 18-30 years
Quota: Punjab
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Pay Package: Minimum of Project Pay Scale-2 on a lump sum pay package with an increment of 5% of the minimum of PPS-2022.
