1. Project Director (on contract basis)

Required Minimum Qualification:
1. University degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized foreign or local University with first division.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience as Project Director on high-rise commercial projects, with at least 5 years as Deputy Project Director or Construction Engineer.
3. Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.
4. Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
5. Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Must be registered as a Professional Engineer with PEC.
7. Familiarity with Primavera.
Upper Age Limit on Closing Date: 52 years
Quota: Merit
Pay Package: Fixed salary as per market-based commensurate with qualification, experience, and ability. Certified PMP will be preferred.

2. Assistant (BS-15) (on contract basis)

Required Minimum Qualification:
1. Second class Graduate in Business or Commerce.
2. Computer skills in MS Office are necessary.
Upper Age Limit on Closing Date: 18-30 years
Quota: Punjab
Pay Package: Minimum of the relevant scale of pay and allowances as admissible under the rules.
