As part of its mission to contribute to the socioeconomic growth of Pakistan, NBP is looking for a Collection Operations Officer (OG-I/OG-II) to be based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Allocation of Accounts: Manage account assignments to collection officers and agencies.
Monitoring: Track productivity and performance of collectors, preparing monthly reports for management.
Field Visits: Coordinate with the collections team for customer verification through field visits.
Dispatch: Ensure the timely delivery of dunning products to customers.
Recovery and Collections: Manage incentive programs for collections and recovery, ensuring adherence to procedures.
Customer Handling: Resolve escalated complaints and handle queries.
Performance Targets: Assign targets to external agencies and monitor their performance.

Requirements:

Qualification:
- Minimum graduation from a recognized university (HEC recognized).
- Master’s degree
Experience:
- At least 3 years of banking experience, particularly in retail credit or collections.
- Experience in large-scale or public sector organizations is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of banking products.
- Goal-oriented, with an ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage delinquent customers.
