Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls adheres to merit-based selections, with a flexible approach to adjusting post numbers as necessary. The college is currently recruiting for the following roles:

Female Lecturers (Various Subjects)
- English, Sindhi, Pakistan Studies
- Mathematics, Computer Science
- Chemistry, Zoology, Botany
- Physics, Fine Arts, Islamiat, Urdu
- Qualification: M.A/M.Sc. & BS 16 Years with at least 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Age: 35 Years and below
- Experience: Preference for experienced candidates in the relevant subjects.
Mess Manager
- Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Age: 40 Years
Lab Assistant (Female)
- Qualification: Intermediate (preferably Graduate in a relevant subject, Second Division) with 2/3 years of experience in a reputable institution.
- Age: 30 Years
Mess Assistant (Female)
- Qualification: Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Age: 40 Years
Staff Nurse (Female)
- Qualification: Registered Nurse with a Diploma in Nursing and valid registration with Pakistan Nursing Council.
- Age: 30 Years
Lady Sports Instructor (Female)
- Qualification: FA/F.Sc with 5 years’ experience as a Sports Instructor (Armed Forces experience preferred).
- Age: 30 Years

Aspiring candidates must submit the application form along with a non-refundable Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1,000 for S#1 posts, Rs 800 for S#2, and Rs 500 for S#3 to 6, favoring the Principal, Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls, Shaheed Benazirabad.
