The company is seeking two dynamic executives for leadership roles in Information Technology (IT) and Business Development, both based in Karachi.


I. Head of Information Technology (IT)

This is a high-impact strategic leadership role responsible for the entire technology landscape of the company, with a focus on next-generation ERP implementation, IT governance, and world-class cybersecurity.

CriteriaRequirement Details
QualificationMaster’s/Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline. Certifications like ITIL, COBIT, PMP, ISO 27001, or ERP-specific credentials (SAP, Oracle) are preferred but not mandatory.
Age/ExperienceMaximum 40 Years. 9-13+ years in progressive IT roles, with 3-5 years in a leadership position (manufacturing/production environment highly desirable).
Key SkillsDeep expertise in IT strategy, governance, and ERP optimization for manufacturing environments. Strong ability to assess and upgrade complex IT systems, ensuring scalability and security.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic IT Leadership, ERP Modernization, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Resilience (DR/BCP), and IT Governance/Compliance.

II. Deputy General Manager (DGM) Business Development

The DGM BD role is critical for driving business growth, market competitiveness, managing techno-commercial activities, and fostering client relationships through domestic and international sales.

QualificationBachelor’s degree in Engineering with MBA (preferred).
Age/ExperienceAge: 34-38 years. Experience: 9-13 years of experience in Techno-Commercial roles within Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial sectors, with at least 3-5 years in a Managerial position.
Job PurposeDrive business growth, manage market analysis, spearhead new product development, and execute domestic/international sales. Combining analytical problem-solving with strong commercial acumen.
