Applications are invited for the positions of Branch Operations Manager and Teller at various locations.


1. Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I)

This is a senior role responsible for the overall operational integrity and efficiency of the branch, ensuring compliance and superior customer service.

  • Reporting to: Branch Manager

  • Place of Posting: Chaksawari, Azad Kashmir (AK)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates holding a Master’s degree or an Islamic Banking certification/diploma 

  • Experience: A minimum of four years of banking experience is required, with at least two of those years

  • Essential Skills:

    • In-depth knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and Islamic banking products.

    • Strong understanding of all facets of branch banking operations.

    • Proven leadership and branch management capabilities.

    • Excellent business acumen, analytical skills, and customer-handling abilities.

    • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Core Responsibilities

 Key duties include overseeing all branch operations, implementing efficient internal controls, ensuring compliance with banking laws and Shariah principles, and managing daily transactions. The role also involves facilitating the Branch Manager in achieving business KPIs, supervising staff, managing branch security and cash, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.


2. Teller (OG-III / OG-II)

This customer-facing role is central to daily branch activities, responsible for handling transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service.

  • Reporting to: Branch Operations Manager

  • Places of Posting: Dadyal (AK), Daulatpur, Karak

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or institute. A Master’s degree or an Islamic Banking certification 

  • Experience: At least one year of relevant banking experience is required.

  • Essential Skills:

    • Knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations concerning Cash Management.

    • Good understanding of branch banking operations.

    • Excellent cash-handling, communication, and customer service skills.

    • A strong team player.

    • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.

Core Responsibilities

Tellers are the frontline of the bank. Their responsibilities include receiving and processing customer deposits and withdrawals, facilitating utility bill collections and government payments, and ensuring effective vault management.
