Procurement and Contract Management Specialist

Educational Qualification

  • Postgraduate degree from an HEC-recognized university or degree-awarding institution in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in the procurement of goods, works, and consultancies.
  • Strong experience in contract management and comprehensive knowledge of SPPRA Rules.

Age Limit

  • Not exceeding 40 years as of the date of the advertisement.

Job Description– Develop and monitor procurement plans
– Coordinate with national/international agencies
– Draft procurement documents
– Manage contract negotiations and awards
– Monitor and track procurement activities
– Assist in audits and maintain procurement records
