The National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) is offering career opportunities for dynamic individuals to contribute to the country’s economic growth. NTDC is looking for energetic and competent candidates for various positions on a contract basis under the POST FLOOD RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM 2022-INTEGRATED FLOOD RESILIENT ADAPTATION PROJECT (IFRAP), which is a World Bank funded project.
Positions Available:
- Junior Engineer (BPS-17) – 33 years old
- Assistant Manager (IT) (BPS-17) – 33 years old
Basic Qualifications:
- For Junior Engineer: Minimum BE/BSC Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with 1st Division/2.5 or above CGPA from HEC recognized Universities and valid PEC registration.
- For Assistant Manager (IT): 16-years of Education (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) with at least 2.5 CGPA/60% marks in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/IT/Computer System Engineering recognized by HEC.
Instructions & General Conditions:
- Candidates should apply online on the prescribed Application Form available on the National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk).
- Candidates must possess relevant degrees recognized by HEC. Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible to apply.
- Photocopies of educational documents/experience certificates are not required at this stage.
- Candidates must deposit the test fee of Rs. 650/- as prescribed by NTS.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Original documents/degrees (HEC verified)/certificates must be presented by the candidates at the time of the interview.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
- Candidates applying against minority or disability quota posts must produce minority/disability certificates from the relevant authority.
- The stated BPS-based positions will be considered for regularization after successful completion of the contract period and satisfactory performance.
- Candidates selected for these positions may be required to perform duties anywhere in Pakistan as per the Company’s requirements.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.
- NTDC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or withhold the recruitment process at any stage.

Important Announcement:
Biometric attendance/verification of all shortlisted/eligible candidates will be conducted at NTS Test Centers before the start of the written test. Therefore, all applicants must update their fingerprints in the NADRA System, or they will not be allowed to appear in the written test.
