Applications are invited from retired Armed Forces personnel for the following positions:

1. Director (Security)
   • BPS: 19
   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Eligibility: Retired Colonel or equivalent rank from Armed Forces.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
   • Place of Posting: Anywhere in WAPDA.
2. Deputy Director (Security)
   • BPS: 18
   • No. of Posts: 02
   • Eligibility: Retired officers of the Armed Forces of the rank of Major or equivalent.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 48 years.
   • Place of Posting: Within Pakistan.

General Conditions & Instructions:

• The appointment will be on a contract basis initially for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.
• Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview, with no TA/DA provided.
• Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
• Candidates dismissed or debarred for future employment, or weeded out of service on disciplinary grounds, are ineligible to apply.
• Incomplete/incorrect applications or those received after the last date will be rejected.
• Any fraudulent information/documents discovered at any stage during induction or later will result in termination.
• Applicants should be medically categorized as ‘A’.
• Project allowance will be provided on postings at Projects.
• Contract-based services will not be regularized.
• WAPDA reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason.
