Leadership Roles in Supply Chain Management
1. Deputy Director Supply Chain & Procurement Management
Qualification: BSc Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 12–15 years in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Contract Management, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.
Key Requirements: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.) is essential. Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or SAP Certification are highly preferred.
Assistant Manager and Executive Positions
2. Assistant Manager Procurement & Sourcing
3. Assistant Manager Contract Management
4. Assistant Manager Logistics and Warehouse Management
Qualification: BSc Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA (First Division), preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management and logistics affairs.
5. Assistant Manager Billing and Payment
Qualification: BBA / MBA (Finance or related fields).
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management and financial management affairs.
6. Junior Executive Supply Chain Management
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (minimum required qualification), preferably in Supply Chain Management or Finance.
Experience: Preferably 3–5 years of experience.
Technical and Engineering Vacancies
7. Chargeman (Elevator Technician)
Qualification: B. Tech (pass) OR a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (First Division).
Experience: Experience in elevator maintenance is required. 4 years of experience are necessary for Diploma holders, while B.Tech candidates’ experience is preferred.
8. Tech-II (Elevator Technician)
Qualification: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) (First Division) OR Matric with Science (First Division) with 2 years of apprenticeship/certificate.
Experience: 2 years of experience in elevator maintenance is required, along with a skill test.
