New employment opportunities have been announced by the Government of Sindh for residents of the Tando Allahyar district. Job Criteria

Qualifications & Experience:
For Driver: Must possess a valid LTV or HTV driving license, be capable of maintaining a vehicle logbook, and have at least 05 years of experience working as a driver.
For Other Posts: Preference will be given to literate candidates.
Terms, Conditions, and Statutory Quotas
The following operational regulations apply across both recruitment processes:
Quota Allocation: In compliance with Sindh Government rules, the total seats include reservations for 15% Women quota, 5% Minorities quota, and 5% Disabled persons quota.
Urban/Rural Split: The regional quota policy maintains a baseline distribution of 60% Rural and 40% Urban allocation.
Nature of Job: These positions are purely temporary during the initial phase and carry a Probation Period under the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1973. Upon successful completion of the probation, positions can be transitioned to a permanent status.
Government Employees: Existing government servants must route their applications through the proper channel (via their respective departments).
Interviews: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the selection rounds.
