Trainee Officer Program

  • Trainee Officer (Graduate)

    • Role & Responsibilities:
      • Graduates will be trained in various departments, including Policyholder Services (PHS), Underwriting, Bancassurance, Takaful, Group & Pension, and Risk Management & Compliance (RMD).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • 16 years of education in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Insurance & Risk Management, Statistics, IT, Software, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics from a HEC-recognized university.
    • Minimum 2.8 CGPA is required.

Training Duration:

  • 2 years from the date of joining.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Trainees will be required to pass one of the following professional qualifications during the training period:
    • Associate Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute, London.
    • Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) from the Life Office Management Association, USA.

Key Requirements:

  • ACII Candidates: Must complete 60 credit hours within two years. After acquiring the ACII Diploma Level and Advanced Diploma Level, trainees will be promoted as per the contract terms.
  • FLMI Candidates: Must complete 5 papers at the ALMI Level within two years. After acquiring the FLMI Level, trainees will be promoted as per the contract terms.
  • Exemptions: Trainees with exemptions must pass at least two papers of ACII or FLMI after joining.
