Vacancies for Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

SSU is seeking candidates to fill 34 vacant positions of Junior Clerk (BPS-11). If you have completed your intermediate education from a recognized board and possess a certificate in MS Office from a recognized institute, along with a typing speed of thirty (30) words per minute in English, you are eligible to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational and administrative skills to kickstart their career in the field of law enforcement.

Application Process

To apply for the position of Junior Clerk at SSU, follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website of SIBA Testing Services (STS) at https://apply.sts.net.pk to register and submit your application online.
2. Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria, including age limit and educational qualifications.
3. Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of their CNIC, domicile, PRC (Form-D), one recent photograph, and intermediate mark sheet/pacca certificate when applying online.
4. After submitting the online application, download the system-generated challan of Rs.1500/- and deposit it in any branch of ABL Bank Ltd. Please note that the paid challan is non-refundable.
5. Candidates already employed in government service must apply through proper channels.
6. The date, time, and venue of all tests will be communicated to the candidates through online, call, letters, SMS, and the STS website. Keep checking the website for updates and notifications.
7. Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for a typing test by STS.
8. Those who pass the typing test will have to write 100 words in English and Urdu or Sindhi within 30 minutes on the day of the interview.
9. Applicants must submit an affidavit stating that they are not involved/nominated in any FIR. False submission will result in disqualification and legal action.
10. The last date for submission of online applications is 15th June 2024.

Additional Information

• Candidates who have qualified for all stages of the recruitment process, including the written test and interview, will receive an additional fifteen (15) marks. This applies to the children of retired Sindh Police employees and serving employees of Sindh Police with a minimum of 25 years of qualifying service.
