Key Responsibilities
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving the branch’s growth and profitability. Major responsibilities include:
- Strategic Growth and Budget Management: Implement strategies to meet and exceed the branch’s assigned budget targets.
- Branch Profitability: Increase customer base, optimize operations, and ensure the overall profitability of the branch.
- Customer Relations and Marketing: Build strong relationships with customers to promote Soneri Bank’s products, especially Islamic banking offerings.
- Cross-Selling: Promote and sell consumer asset products to meet customer needs and drive branch growth.
- Compliance and Audit: Review financial reports and ensure all transactions comply with regulatory standards. Support both internal and external audits, adhering to both prudential and regulatory requirements.
