SITC is hiring for a diverse range of roles, from senior leadership to entry-level engineering. All positions require the candidate’s age not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
Senior Technology and Leadership Roles
Senior Software Architect (Tech Lead): Requires a Bachelor’s in CS/Software Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture are a plus.
Senior SQA Engineer: A Bachelor’s in CS/Software Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Test Automation (ISTQB) are a strong plus.
Senior InfoSec Engineer: A Bachelor’s in CS/Cybersecurity with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A Security of CEH certification is preferred.
Senior DevOps Engineer: Requires a Bachelor’s in CS/Software Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Azure/AWS DevOps, CKA, or Terraform certifications are preferred.
Project Management Officer: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science with a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale IT projects, preferably in government digital transformation. PMP®, PRINCE2®, Agile/Scrum Master certifications are preferred.
Engineering, Development, and Design Positions
Full-Stack Software Engineer: A Bachelor’s in CS/Software Engineering with at least 4 years of experience. Must be a full-stack capable engineer with experience in NET/Java/Python, cloud, and AI tools.
Product Designer: Requires a Bachelor’s in design, HCI, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Certification in UI/UX, graphic design, and proficiency in Figma is a plus.
Software Engineer: An entry-level role requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 0-2 years of hands-on experience in software development (Frontend/Backend/Mobile).
Strategic Management and Project Leadership
Product Manager: A Bachelor’s in CS or Business-related fields with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Agile methodologies and Product Management are a plus.
Procurement Manager: A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Requires a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a Sindh-based organization handling SPPRA and Sindh Financial Rules. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) are an advantage.
Finance Manager: A Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA/ACCA/CA/ICMA preferred). Requires a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the government, public sector, or IT industry is preferred.
Corporate and Administrative Support
Executive Assistant: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with 3-5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably in the IT, corporate, or government sectors.
