Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Economics or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) with relevant certifications in contract/procurement management.
• Experience: Minimum eight years of experience in contract and procurement management in the public or private sector.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Prepare PC-1 proforma and government tender bidding documents in compliance with SPPRA rules.
• Procurement: Execute procurement processes efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Communication: Draft letters and documents with excellent English vocabulary skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word, for effective contract and procurement management.

• Transportation: Provide transportation services as required, with knowledge of Karachi routes.
