Job Requirements and Qualifications

Instructor (Retired Armed Forces)

Qualifications: ASMW PT course
Experience: 2-3 years as an instructor in any training center or PMA
Location: Karachi

Rescue Drill Instructor

Qualifications: Intermediate/DAE with relevant certification from a recognized institution or certified instructor
Experience: Minimum 2 years as an instructor in the relevant field with expertise in rescue methods and technologies

Fire Drill Instructor

Qualifications: Intermediate/DAE with relevant certification from a recognized institution or certified instructor
Experience: Minimum 2 years as an instructor in the relevant field with expertise in fire safety methods and technologies

Water Rescue Instructor

Qualifications: Intermediate/DAE with relevant certification from a recognized institution or certified Navy instructor, certified in lifeguard operations and survival courses
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in the relevant field

Candidate Instructions

Job Locations: All positions are based in Karachi and will require extensive travel to support divisional rescue staff.
Probation Period: Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period post-interview.
Medical Screening: Candidates with physical disabilities, poor eyesight, BMI over 30, or diseases like HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B & C are not eligible for emergency services roles. Tests will be conducted in designated hospitals and laboratories.
Document Submission: Candidates must submit photocopies of documents as per the checklist in the application form. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
