  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrable knowledge of financial, technical, procurement, and management skills is required, adhering to SPPRA guidelines. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Asian Development Bank’s procurement standard guidelines.

  • Communication & Technology Skills: Strong communication skills are vital, coupled with good expertise in the use of information technology tools.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and oral English and Urdu is a must.

  • Age Limit: The maximum age of the candidate must not exceed 63 years on the date of appointment.

  • Domicile Requirement: The candidate must possess the Domicile/PRC of the Sindh Province.
