Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in Environmental and Social Safeguards (EMP, SMP) and sub-project level IEES and EIAs is essential.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrable knowledge of financial, technical, procurement, and management skills is required, adhering to SPPRA guidelines. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Asian Development Bank’s procurement standard guidelines.
Communication & Technology Skills: Strong communication skills are vital, coupled with good expertise in the use of information technology tools.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and oral English and Urdu is a must.
Age Limit: The maximum age of the candidate must not exceed 63 years on the date of appointment.
