Sindh Agricultural & Forestry Workers Coordinating Organization (SAFWCO) is launching a project aimed at supporting agriculture micro-enterprises and integrating value chains to increase food security in Pakistan (PAK-1144). The project is based in District Thatta, Sindh, and SAFWCO is seeking dedicated professionals for the following positions:

1. Project Manager (1 Position)

• Qualification: Master’s in Social Science, Natural Science, Sociology, or any related discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, including experience with value chains, SME projects, enterprise development, CSO development, and social mobilization.

2. Fisheries Officer (1 Position)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries and Aquaculture or equivalent from a recognized university/institute.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of fisheries.

3. Agriculture Officer (2 Positions)

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Agriculture, soil science, agronomy, or related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant field experience.

4. Business Mobilizer (6 Positions)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Agriculture, Social Science, or Business Administration.
• Experience: At least 3 years in development sectors, with community engagement being a significant part of the experience.

5. Monitoring Officer (1 Position)

• Qualification: Master’s in Social Science, Sociology, or related disciplines from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project monitoring and evaluation, accountability, and learning (including experience in value chains, SME projects, and enterprise development).

6. Database & CRM Officer (1 Position)

• Qualification: Graduate in IT, Bachelor’s Degree, or related field from a recognized university/institute.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM-related work.

7. Admin Officer (1 Position)

• Qualification: Master’s in Social Science, MBA, MPA, or any relevant discipline.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in administration.

8. Finance Officer (1 Position)

• Qualification: Master’s in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.

9. Office Boy (1 Position)

• Qualification: Must be literate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
