Vacancy Details:

In line with our strategic objectives, NBP is seeking talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the following positions in the Audit and Inspection domain:

01. Wing Head/Senior Credit Reviewer – Corporate Credit (VP/SVP)

• Reporting to: Divisional Head – Credit Review Division
• Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent; Master’s Degree and/or relevant professional qualification preferred (FCA/ACA/ACCA/CFA/CIA, etc.)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking, including 5 years as an auditor for Corporate/SME/Commercial credits; Experience in Commercial/Corporate/SME credits is advantageous.
• Other Skills/Expertise/ Knowledge Required:
  • Excellent credit risk assessment and judgment skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage a team
  • Proficient in the use of statistical tools and methodology for portfolio credit risk analysis

02. Wing Head – Audit Quality Assurance (VP/SVP)

• Reporting to: Chief Internal Auditor
• Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent; Master’s Degree and/or relevant professional qualification preferred (FCA/ACA/ACCA/CFA/CIA, etc.)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of audit experience in a financial institution and/or audit firm; Experience in handling Quality Assurance review of audit reports preferred.
• Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
  • Well-versed in internal audit practices and relevant regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent statistical and quantitative analytical skills
  • Excellent business communication and report writing skills
  • Sound understanding of risk assessment tools and techniques

03. Internal Auditor (AVP)

• Reporting to: Area Audit & Inspection Chief
• Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent; Master’s Degree and/or relevant professional qualification (CA-ICAP, ACCA, CIA, etc.) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of banking experience, including 3 years in Internal Audit.
• Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
  • Well-versed in internal audit practices
  • Excellent business communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS-Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

04. Internal Auditor (OG-II)

• Reporting to: Wing Head Audit Planning & Administration
• Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent; Master’s Degree and/or relevant professional qualification (ACCA, CIA, etc.) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience, preferably 1 year in Internal Audit.
• Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
  • Well-versed in internal audit practices
  • Excellent business communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS-Office
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure

Employment Type:
