The Shaheed Allah Buksh Soomro University of Art, Design & Heritage (SABSU), Jamshoro, is inviting applications from qualified and competent candidates for non-teaching positions. The appointments will be made under a fixed-term contract.

Available Positions

Eligibility Criteria

Registrar (BPS-20)

• Qualification: Master’s degree (18 years of education) or equivalent (preferably First Class).
• Experience: Minimum of 17 years of administrative experience in BPS-17 or higher at a university or equivalent institution.
• Skills: Familiarity with university rules and regulations is mandatory.

Controller of Examinations (BPS-19)

• Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent (18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university (preferably First Division).
• Experience: Minimum of 17 years of relevant experience in a university or educational institution.

Director QEC (BPS-20)

• Qualification: PhD from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
• Experience: At least 17 years of relevant experience in a university or educational institution.

Director ORIC (BPS-20)

• Qualification: PhD from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
• Experience: At least 17 years of relevant experience in a university or educational institution.

General Instructions

1. Contract Duration: The initial appointment will be on a contract basis for 3 years, subject to extension based on performance.
2. Domicile: Applicants must have Sindh domicile.
3. Government Employees: Candidates currently employed in government or autonomous organizations must apply through proper channels and provide an NOC.
4. Separate Applications: Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate application forms and required documents for each position.
5. Application Requirements: Incomplete applications or those without required documents and the paid challan will not be considered.
6. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test/interview.
