QESCO, one of the largest distribution companies of electricity in the public sector, is currently seeking dynamic individuals for various positions in the Contract Management & Regulatory Affairs department under the Director General of Market Implementation and Regulatory Affairs Department (MIRAD), based at QESCO Head Office in Quetta. The ideal candidates should have integrity, legal acumen, contract management skills, and leadership qualities to thrive in a challenging work environment. Below are the details of the available positions:

1. Manager Legal/Contracts (MIRAD Scale – M-3)

• Eligibility/Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable local or international university. Additional advantage for Master in Law or Barrister in Law.
• Minimum Salary Package: Rs. 173,250/-
• Age Limit: Up to 50 Years

2. Dy. Manager Legal/Contract (MIRAD Scale – M-2)

• Eligibility/Qualification: Bachelor in Law from a reputable university. Master in Law will be an added advantage.
• Minimum Salary Package: Rs. 115,500/-
• Age Limit: Up to 45 Years

3. Dy. Manager Finance (MIRAD Scale – M-2)

• Eligibility/Qualification: CA/CMA/ACCA with 3 years post-qualification experience, or M.Com, MBA, or Master in Finance with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Minimum Salary Package: Rs. 115,500/-
• Age Limit: Up to 45 Years

General Information/Instructions:

• Print your application, pay the test fee of Rs. 75/- online at Bank Branches of HBL or Bank Al-Habib Ltd, and attach the ATS copy of the Deposit Slip along with copies of CNIC, educational certificates, experience certificates, domicile certificate, etc.
• Send the application via courier/UMS to the Manager (Operations), Allied Testing Services (ATS), 111-B, Street No. 30, F-10/1, Islamabad, before the closing date of submission.
• Applicants interested in multiple positions should submit separate application forms and deposit test fees for each post.
• Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
• Late applications will not be considered, and incomplete applications or those with fake documents will be rejected.
• Employees of Government/Semi-Government Bodies/Corporations should forward their applications through proper channels and produce NOC at the time of the interview.
