Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad has announced new job vacancies in its Administration Section. The university invites applications from Pakistani citizens for the following positions on a contractual or regular basis. Available Positions

1. Security Supervisor (BPS-14) – Contract
   • Qualifications & Experience:
     • An Ex-Military man not below the rank of JCO (Junior Commissioned Officer).
     • The applicant should have completed Matriculation and possess at least 15 years of experience in a related field.
     • Those with intelligence experience and qualifications
   • Age Limit: 35-40 years
     • Additionally, age relaxation of 15 years is applicable for those who have served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
2. Assistant Security Supervisor (BPS-12) – Contract
   • Qualifications & Experience:
     • Experience in the intelligence field is desirable.
   • Age Limit: 35-40 years (Relaxation applicable for retired Armed Forces personnel).
3. Checker (BPS-07) – Regular
   • Qualifications & Experience:
     • The candidate should have completed middle school education.
     • At least 4 years of experience as a checker in a transport department of a government, semi-government
   • Age Limit: 30 years

General Terms & Conditions:

1. Candidates must submit completed application forms with:
   • 2 attested photographs
   • Copies of educational certificates, discharge certificates (for Ex-military personnel), experience certificates, domicile, and CNIC.
2. Applications must be submitted to the Assistant Registrar (Admin) along with a pay order/bank draft of Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) in favor of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
3. The deadline for application submission is 15 days from the publication date of the job advertisement.
4. Age relaxation will be provided as per Federal Government Rules.
5. The university reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions or reject any application without providing reasons.
6. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
7. Candidates will be notified about the interview/test date later on.
8. Selected candidates will be required to obtain a clearance certificate from the university’s Security Department.
9. Pension benefits and the decision regarding pensionary benefits will be based on applicable university rules.
