1. Senior Specialist IT Procurement (e-Proc)
This role involves leading end-to-end procurement reforms and operations. Responsibilities include developing procurement policies, implementing e-procurement systems, and monitoring compliance. The candidate must hold a master’s or higher degree in IT, public procurement, or a related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. The pay package for this position is Rs. 750,000 per month, and the age limit is 40 years.
2. Legal Expert
Applicants must have an LLB or LLM degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience. The salary is Rs. 650,000 per month, and the age limit is 40 years.
3. Training Expert
This position focuses on designing training materials, managing training programs, and organizing capacity-building initiatives. Candidates must possess a master’s degree in HR, public administration, or a related field with 3–5 years of experience. The pay package is Rs. 550,000 per month, with a maximum age limit of 40 years.
4. HR Expert
The HR Expert will develop HR policies, conduct recruitment processes, and organize training programs for capacity building. The salary for this role is Rs. 650,000 per month, and the age limit is 40 years.
5. Accreditation Expert
Responsibilities for this role include developing accreditation systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, and overseeing quality assurance. Applicants must have a master’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration, with at least 5 years of experience. The pay package is Rs. 500,000 per month, and the age limit is 40 years.
6. Internal Auditor
Internal Auditors will conduct audits, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for financial and operational processes. Candidates must have a master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with 10 years of relevant experience. The salary for this position is Rs. 500,000 per month, and the maximum age is 47 years.
7. Policy Specialist
Policy Specialists will design procurement policies, ensure compliance with regulations, and support decision-making processes. A master’s degree in public procurement or a related field, along with 8–10 years of experience, is required. The monthly salary is Rs. 450,000, and the age limit is 47 years.
8. Research Analyst
Research Analysts will conduct studies on public procurement practices, assist in policy formulation, and support management with data-driven insights. Applicants must hold a master’s degree in public procurement, economics, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience. The pay is Rs. 300,000 per month, with a maximum age limit of 40 years.
9. Litigation Specialist
This role involves managing legal disputes, drafting contracts, and providing legal guidance to the organization. A master’s degree in law (LLM preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification legal experience is required. The monthly remuneration is Rs. 400,000, and the age limit is 47 years.
10. Communication Specialist
Communication Specialists will design media campaigns, handle public relations, and create communication strategies. Applicants must hold a master’s degree in communications, media studies, or a related discipline, with 5 years of relevant experience. The salary is Rs. 450,000 per month, with a maximum age of 47 years.
