Applications are invited for recruitment in the Prime Minister’s Inspection Commission, Islamabad. Eligible candidates with the requisite qualifications, domicile, and age limit can apply for the following positions:

Available Positions

  1. Stenotypist (BS-14)
    • Number of Posts: 5
    • Age: 18 to 25 years
    • Qualifications:
      • Intermediate
      • Minimum shorthand/typing speed of 80/40 w.p.m. respectively
      • Must be computer literate
    • Quota:
      • Open Merit: 1
      • Punjab (Merit): 1
      • Punjab (Female): 1
      • Sindh (Urban): 1
      • Balochistan: 1
  2. Upper Division Clerk (BS-13)
    • Number of Posts: 2
    • Age: 18 to 25 years
    • Qualifications:
      • Intermediate
      • 3 Weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) from NITB before completion of the probation period if selected
    • Quota:
      • Punjab: 1
      • Sindh (Rural): 1
  3. Staff Car Driver (BS-04)
    • Number of Posts: 3
    • Age: 18 to 30 years
    • Qualifications:
      • Primary pass
      • Valid Driving License holder and well versed in traffic rules
    • Quota:
      • Ex-Servicemen: 2
      • Islamabad (ICT): 1

Terms and Conditions

  1. Candidates will be required to appear in a Skill/Proficiency Test, where applicable.
  2. General age relaxation in the upper age limit will be applicable as admissible under the rules. Additional age relaxation will be provided as per Government of Pakistan Rules.
  3. Candidates already in Government Service must produce a Departmental NOC at the time of the interview.
  4. Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the prescribed requirements will be called for the test/interview.
  5. The date, place, and time of the test and interview will be intimated in due course.
  6. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test and interview.
  7. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents at the time of the interview.

How to Apply

  1. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may submit their applications on the prescribed proforma (available at PMIC’s website) along with attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, Education, and Experience certificates to Assistant Director (Admin), PMIC within fifteen (15) days of publication of this advertisement.
  2. The post applied for must be clearly mentioned on the top right corner of the envelope.
  3. Females, Disabled, and Minority candidates are encouraged to apply.
  4. The number of posts can be increased/decreased depending upon requirements at the time of recruitment.
  5. Candidates using any unfair means in the selection process will be disqualified.
