Senior Associate (MP-II)

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Ph.D. in relevant subject(s) with a minimum of 05 years of professional experience.
Master’s Degree in relevant subject(s) with a minimum of 07 years of professional experience.

Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as of the closing date of the application submission.

Pay Scale: MP-II Scale

Period of Contract: Initially for a period of three (03) years, extendable for a maximum of two (02) years on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance.

Research Associate (MP-III)

Number of Positions: 2

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Ph.D. in relevant subject(s) with a minimum of 03 years of professional experience.
Master’s Degree in relevant subject(s) with a minimum of 05 years of professional experience.

Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as of the closing date of the application submission.

Pay Scale: MP-III Scale

Period of Contract: Initially for a period of three (03) years, extendable for a maximum of two (02) years on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Lead Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership within assigned domain, ensuring alignment with national policies and objectives.
Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to drive economic growth, digital transformation, energy efficiency, and other key areas.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations.
Project Oversight: Oversee the implementation of major projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Senior Associate Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support policy development and decision-making.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with various departments and agencies to ensure effective implementation of projects.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and government officials.
Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within assigned domain.

Research Associate Responsibilities:

Data Collection: Collect and analyze data related to specific projects and initiatives.
Support to Senior Staff: Provide support to senior staff in the preparation of research papers, policy briefs, and other documents.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of ongoing projects.
Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to project teams and other stakeholders.
