- Information Technology (IT):
- Collaborate in the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to enhancing PSB’s digital infrastructure and operational efficiency.
- Create and manage engaging content, including multimedia materials, to promote PSB’s initiatives and sports events.
- Handle social media management and provide digital marketing support to increase outreach and engagement.
- Management and Coordination:
- Assist with administrative duties, including liaising with sports federations, athletes, and event organizers.
- Help in planning, organizing, and executing national and international sports events.
- Prepare professional presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in audit preparations, financial documentation, and ensure compliance with PSB’s standards.
- Law and Public Policy:
- Provide legal support, including reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in public policy research and help draft policy documents for sports governance, ensuring a sound legal framework for Pakistan’s sports sector.
- Sports Management:
- Support the administrative management of sports federations.
- Assist in athlete health management and rehabilitation programs within PSB, contributing to performance enhancement and recovery strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Areas of study include, but are not limited to:
- IT, Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, Law, Media Studies
- Health and Physical Education/Sports Sciences
- Medical Sciences, Computer Sciences, Graphic Designing
- Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or any related field
- Age Limit: Applicants must be under 30 years of age at the time of application.
Selection Criteria:
- The selection process will be based on academic qualifications (90% weightage) and an interview (10% weightage).
Stipend/Remuneration:
- Interns will be provided with a monthly stipend based on their qualifications and experience. The maximum stipend can be up to PKR 100,000 per month.
Duration:
- The internship will initially last for 6 months, with the possibility of a one-time extension for another 6 months, based on performance and organizational needs.
