Job Opportunities at Pakistan Red Crescent Sindh Branch
Pakistan Red Crescent Sindh Branch is seeking qualified and dynamic candidates for appointment on a purely contract basis for the Norwegian Red Cross Project in District Jamshoro, Sindh. We invite applications for the following positions:
General Preferences:
- Self-motivated individuals capable of working independently without daily supervision.
- Strong reporting and management skills.
- Ability to handle complex situations, manage teamwork, community programs, and emergency response & relief works.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel and stay out of station at any time.
- Age limit up to 45 years.
- Program Officer (1 Position – Karachi/Sehwan)
- Qualification/Experience: Masters in Social Sciences from a recognized institution, preferably in Disaster Management. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with humanitarian organizations in DRR/DM, WASH, Health, Assessment & Reporting. Experience in training and community management is desirable.
- Procurement and Logistics Officer (1 Position – Karachi/Sehwan)
- Qualification/Experience: Masters in Supply Chain Management/Finance from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Y&V Officer (1 Position – Sehwan)
- Qualification/Experience: Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years’ experience in volunteer management training and fieldwork.
- Field/Technical Engineer (WASH) (1 Position – Sehwan)
- Qualification/Experience: BS/B-Tech/DAE in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute. Minimum of 3 years working experience in the same field in a reputable organization/government/NGO project. Fluency in spoken and written Urdu, Sindhi & English is preferred. Excellent skills in imparting training courses for staff and communities.
- CEA & PGI Officer (1 Position – Sehwan)
- Qualification/Experience: Master’s Degree in social sciences, preferably Gender Studies, Sociology from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in protection, gender, or inclusion program implementation.
