Job Opportunities at Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR)

The Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), under the Technology Wing, is seeking qualified and motivated Pakistani nationals for contractual positions in the PSDP Project: “Medical Equipment & Devices Innovation Centre (MEDICen)” at its Head Office in Islamabad.

Positions Available

Marketing Officer (PPS-7)
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in project management and digital marketing. At least two years of relevant experience is required, preferably in the public sector. Proficiency in software like Canva, SPSS, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred.
Scientific Officer/Research Officer (PPS-7)
Applicants must have a Ph.D., MS, or MPhil in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry with relevant research experience. The candidate will be responsible for conducting research, design, and development activities under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Assistant Procurement Officer (PPS-6)
Candidates should possess a BS in Economics with a minimum of two years of experience in procurement, preferably in health-related projects. Additional skills in Canva and SPSS are advantageous.
System Technician (PPS-6)
Applicants must have a B.Tech or ICS with at least three years of experience. They should be capable of managing financial and project-related software, handling AGPR-related tasks, and assisting the accounts department.
UDC (Upper Division Clerk) (PPS-5)
Candidates should have a Graduate or Intermediate qualification with two years of relevant experience. They should be proficient in handling financial records and AGPR-related tasks.
Driver (PPS-2)
A matriculation certificate and an LTV license with 1-2 years
Naib Qasid (PPS-1)
Applicants must have at least a matriculation certificate.candidates with relevant experience.
Sweeper (PPS-1)
Those will be given to candidates with prior work experience in a similar role.
